This was one of the best AirBnb’s I’ve rented. The house is in perfect condition, the kitchen was well-stocked, the living room is comfy and inviting, the library is stunning and my teenage sons fought over who got to sleep there. There’s even a gym! My family and I enjoyed takeout meals and board games at the large dining table and breakfast on the patio. The upstairs bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom and everything was new, in excellent condition and clean. It felt like they thought of everything.. There’s a wide variety of old-school and new restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. I brought my college-aged son and girlfriend and twin teenage sons for a change of scenery during winter break in NYC and we were all comfortable and had a wonderful time. Adrienne, their house manager, was proactively communicative and checked in regularly to see if we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again with my family or with a group of friends.

The coolest people have made their epic modern home available to share with others. Anyone that stays here is in for an unparalleled, beyond comfortable experience. The amenities of a five-star hotel, the swank of an art and literary boutique, the audio environment of a technology-enhanced sound studio, the luxuries of a gym and spa and outdoor shower. Our family of 4 (parents and 2 20 somethings) have started traveling to new cities over Thanksgiving. This was the year to try Austin and we had the great fortune to book this home. We learned that the amenities a home has are important over the Thanksgiving weekend because we still spend a lot of time there watching football or, this year, the Worlds Cup. This home was perfect. As lovely and interesting as depicted. Hi tech - great TVs and subsciptions (I'm not sure I can live any more without a heated toliet seat or telling Alexa to play music in the master bath while I got ready), beds comfortable, sauna and hot tub worked great. Hosts were thoughtful and very communicative. The snacks, wine and fresh flowers were all class. We didn't really walk that many places because the weather was eh (which is also why the sauna and hot tub were key) but there were plenty of parking garages for our rental car when we went to main shopping drag in SoCo or across the river into the main part of the city. We did a Secret Food Tour that was great and introduced us to the Velvet Taco which was amazing. Grocery store nearby called HEB where we picked up a few things. Didn't really cook, but kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Would definitely book again if we ever return.
